Employee Training

A high priority is placed on employee training to maintain and improve employee competence and ensure alignment to established performance standards. Extreme care and attention is given to providing our employees with the necessary training in delivering impeccable customer service

ProPark's Training Manager conducts technical job training and customer service training as well as coordinates with outside training consultants to assist in developing the employees' courtesy and service skills. Our current training curriculum, which is continuously reviewed and updated, includes the following programs:
